Step-type motion knife design with strong breaking capacity.
The knife tool is refined with imported special tool-steel, the clearance between knife tools is adjustable, when it becomes blunt by using, it can be dismounted repeatedly, and it is durable.

Features
·Use high-intensity steel screws to fasten the knife leaf and knife seat, having a strong bearing capacity.
·All walls of the crushing chamber are treated with soundproofing, resulting in extra-low noise.
· A discount-type design, the bunker, main body, and Sieve can be dismounted for cleaning easily, with a heavy bearing with a dust protection device.
·The electric motor has overload protection with a power source interlock protection device. Double-safety protection for operators and the electric motor.
· Equipped vibration feet on XFS-500, reduce noise of vibration.

Standard blade bed

Standard blade bed is suitable to crush normal board material, tube material, foam material and plastic material, such as packaging boxes and wrapping.
Claw-shape blade bed system

Claw-shape blade bed system can disperse the pressure and therefore it is good to be used for crushing hard and raw materials.
Patch-shaped blade bed system

Patch-shaped blade bed system is suitable for the recovery of crushing film and sheet materials, such as PE, PP crushing film, weaving bags and fibre material.
