Slow Speed Granulator

Use a slow-speed motor and an imported gear reducer from Taiwan. As a plastic machine attached machine, the slow-speed granulator is a non-mesh slow-speed plastic recycling unit specially designed to granulate the shorts, defective products (including various hard plastics) the plastic machine produces.

Features
·Use upper and lower knives for two times cutting, the knife frame is optimized based on the former design. It is more suitable for hard and thick plastic cutting. The knives are made of Cr12MV contented material.
·Equipped charging system with convenient operation. Can retrieve in 60 seconds, so the water and retrieved material will not be oxygenated and warmed up (damage or reduce the physical quality, tension, color, brightness)promote product qualityand reduce cost.
·The parts and fittings are made of aluminum and stainless steel, both low and high hopper are available with view windows and operated by mechanical hand.
